Macey's Murray Pharmacy

This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever used. They fill Rxs quickly and I’ve never even had to call to follow up on fills. The drive thru is super efficient too. Most importantly: The pharmacists & techs are always so kind and patient when answering questions not only about medications, but also about navigating insurance, payments, & med shortages. Today, a tech (I wish I remembered her name) was extremely helpful on the phone as I was dealing with a difficult insurance problem. In a country where healthcare access is a maze of red tape and redirects, I REALLY appreciate the way this staff takes care of their customers.

Josh & Eric are the main Pharmacists who help run a fantastic crew - too many to name, but they are all super stars - I've been going here about 11 years! I've never been given the wrong script, always greeted with kindness, & treated with care & given instructions for the intense meds that need them. I highly recommend this location as I have learned to love it over the years, you will too!

Mark, Chay, and Eric at Macey’s Pharmacy are the dream team. They’re fast, efficient, and somehow manage to be personable while staying totally focused and on top of everything. They went out of their way to get our prescriptions transferred from the impossible pharmacy next door (we won’t name names… but you know who you are 👀). Zero hassle, just helpful, can-do energy from start to finish. It’s rare to find a place where you get both top-tier service and genuine kindness, but these guys make it look easy. They set the Gold standard for what a pharmacy experience should be - Highly recommend!

The main tall Pharmicist is UNPROFESSIONAL, and unsympathetic to anyone's situation. Apparently he wants to act like he went to school and play an MD when he's a glorified customer service rep. DO NOT use their pharmacy. I will find out his name and list him personally. I'd rather go back to WALGREENS. The 2nd worst pharmacy after Maceys 5600 south 9th east. Go back to school if you want to make doctors decisions. Not to mention 2 pharmacy techs approved my doctor called in and the pharmacist HUNG UP on a doctor. Also they closed early Saturday, Sunday, AND all of labor day. Some medications are crucial to others too

Best pharmacy I've been to in awhile. Despite how busy they are, they still do their best.
