Mabank Nursing Home

I’d give them a zero if I could. Yep, it’s me, Tamara Kincy, the person who always tells it like it is and expects principles (for those of you who don’t know what that is…it’s morals, values, respect, integrity, honesty, fairness, being ethical, dignity), from people whether it be an individual or a business. I’ve contacted and left voice mail three times for Kelly, the admissions coordinator and have not received not one response. I’ve even went so far as to try and contact Amanda Cline the Adminstrator but I guess she’s too good for that menial work so she refers and leaves all that work to Kelly. Having said that…I wouldn’t leave my dog or cat, for that matter there. If you don’t get a response from someone after leaving three messages imagine what kind of laziness they have takin

My grandmother has been at this nursing home for a couple of years now. This is not the most glamorous place as far as the accommodations, but the staff is straight from heaven! They are so caring and kind. Most places I have toured might have lovely, updated rooms and dining areas as well as social amenities but I have not found one yet where the staff comes anywhere close to the one here! If their interior/exterior matched the level of service they provide, it would look like a castle with elaborate murals on the ceilings, 5 star hotel bedrooms, michelin awarded chefs...etc. In other words, do not judge a book by its cover. Everyone on the staff here deserves free spa treatments, manicures, pedicures, massages, facials...you name it! They deserve to be treated like queens and kings and p

The facility has a light, open, friendly atmosphere. The staff is incredible on every way. We had to put my mother-in-law there this weekend. She was apprehensive but quickly became involved in the many activities they offer and I think she is as happy here as we could have hoped for.

The staff are absolutely wonderful. The residents are always happy and I'm proud to have my mom in that facility!! Big thank you to Billie and Stacy for the great care y'all show my mom. And DJ for the cna care u give her as well. She is very lucky and I feel better knowing that.
