M Health Fairview Urgent Care - Brooklyn Park

I have grown up going to this clinic and have always had insurance. I recently got a job that doesn’t have health insurance and they were requesting for me to pay before being seen and I didn’t have the funds to do so. The lady was very rude and I got refusal of service unless I paid I’m very disappointed. Legally they can not refuse service. I went to the Fridley clinic and they gave me no issues and were very nice

I brung my daughter to this urgent care and explained in detail our reason for today’s visit. After giving all the information the nurse called us back and had my information in the system instead of my minor child. Very unorganized and rude. After seeing the medical personnel I was approached outside the clinic by a complete stranger asking was my experience with staff rude? Or was he crazy. I explained to him he was not crazy they were rude. Do better Brooklyn Park urgent care.

I went up to the front desk because I couldn’t find water inside of the building or outside of the door. I’m not feeling well so I can’t travel upstairs to see if there is one so I asked the front desk lady if she could give me some water and then the process of that Sharon Rhonda W was telling me that that lady was not allowed to give me no water. I’m about to pass out. I’m sick. I’m here for a reason and I’m not supposed to be running around looking for water. This place needs an investigation and it needs to have at least water inside of their building. It’s a doctors office for crying out loud. What about mine needs

This lady was rude and racist. My son and I have been waiting for over 2 hours. I went up to her because she's the only one who's not helping anyone at the moment. I asked her politely, "Do she know how much longer of a waiting time my son has left till it's his turn to get checkup?" She ignored me and didn't answer. I repeated myself calmly to her again. She answered me with an attitude for me to wait. After she was done with what she's doing, she finally helped me and answered my questions. She told me that there only two people left ahead of us so it should be soon. I told her that, "Okay thankyou, I was just wondering because there's a few people who came like an hour after us and they were getting check up first already before us so I was just curious." I went to 4 minute clinics trying to get a strep test before coming here...and I should've gone here first I waited maybe 10 minutes before getting my test and Dr. Kim was amazing we got everything sorted in under 30 mins
