The phone service for pacemaker remote checks could be a lot better. I had to call three times to get a nurse to call me back. I was told 5 years ago when I transferred from HCMC to HealthEast that I should always call the nurses line and tell them I need to do an at home remote check if I had bad symptoms of AFib. But sometimes, no one is available for hours. So the pacer check has to wait. By then it is no longer active. So the symptoms are not being picked up on. Sometimes. I think more pacemaker nurses are needed for urgent calls.

Dr. Adler was very informative and listened to my concerns. Looks like others are mainly reviewing the admin/scheduling stuff, and while I didn't have quite the same problems, I am dropping one star because the scheduling and trying to get ahold of the right people at a large healthcare system like M Health is not exactly straightforward!

I saw a young PA last week I told her about the mass on the same area that a plug was put in after a stent placement. I was no big deal. MO I do not want to see her ever AGAIN. I have had 61 surgeries,I have every vascular disease . I have known arotic aneurysm. Want more? I had tripped two weeks ago because of the pain on rt leg groin area I fell going up stairs and cracked rib area ( se area of heart and lumps ).

Taking care of people is hard. I’ve had good experiences and bad ones. Thank you for doing what you do.
