Lynn is an Amazing professional and Gifted Therapist! He listens to to your issues patiently , examines you body mechanics and movements and then jumps right in and goes to work on you ! Leaving you feeling better and moving better than you came in . Also gives you some exercises that will work to correct where your issues are coming from by attacking the root cause . Professional, effective and outcome based assessment of my concerns, desired outcomes and development of a program to achieve those outcomes. Clear understandable demonstration of exercises to include rationale for why they are effective. Take home instruction videos yo record on phone easy to follow. Plan a follow up session in ~ 5-6 weeks.
