Dr. Alexandra Sahni knows her stuff! From my first therapy session, she outlined a plan for my injured knee and was/is very upfront with me throughout the whole process. She also provided me with plenty of guidance and information on how to keep the therapy moves up on my own time so I don't lose progress. Since starting therapy, I have seen lots of progress in my movement that I haven't seen in years. And she is very patient and understanding to any and all concerns you may have.
