Patients, please, please be cautious before and while visiting this office. My PCP referred me to Dr. Nguyen due to an eyelid infection. I went to my appointment on 9/30/21. Once inside the Doctor's office, an eye exam with pictures was taken, and I thought, wow! This is a very comprehensive examination for an eyelid infection! I then met Dr. Nguyen, a nice doctor with a professional "bedside" manner. We discussed why I was there and also my right eye blindness history. She seemed interested in it and offered testing for my right eye too. She prescribed an ointment and eye drops for dry eyes. The two prescribed medications were costly, and I could only afford the ointment; the eye drops were about $500 even after my insurance coverage. The doctor is very professional and knowledgeable. The issue is that the office never returns phone calls and the doctor requests eye pictures and imaging that insurance won’t pay for and cost hundreds of dollars. I will be switching.
