LWSS Family Dentistry - Wards Corner Pedo

Brought my son here for the first time and they were so helpful getting us in earlier than we originally scheduled because of his tooth pain. Once we were brought back the hygienist, Nikita, was very nice and thorough. Unfortunately he did have to have a tooth pulled but the dentist and her assistant Mrs Carmen were so wonderful. They answered all of my questions and did a great job with my son and his teeth. Highly recommend and will definitely be bringing my other children here.

I had such a great experience with my daughter's appointment. The hygienist and the dentist were just SO nice and professional, I definitely recommend. I'm so glad we changed from our previous dentist..

Took my son for a filling. The hygienist who called him back started with “hi, I’ll be doing your cleaning today.” I then informed her he had a cleaning two days prior and we were there for a filling. She looked confused and got someone else to help us. I was then informed that we were only there for a consultation which was necessary prior to actually filling the cavity. When I confirmed the appointment three times, I was never told that a consultation was necessary. Then I was told he needed X-rays, even though he had a full panel done two days prior. Once we were able to speak to the orthodontist, she was very nice and helpful. But up to that point, they seemed very unorganized.

The receptionist, dentist and techs are very smart and knowledgeable. They are very sweet and kind and really know how to interact with children. Thank you for great service at every visit
