LVPG Orthopedics and Sports Medicine-1621 N. Cedar Crest

If you put in 1621 N Cedar Crest Blvd allentown, it takes you to the wrong address 4 miles away. Put in lvpg orthopedics for it to take you to the right place! I arrived for my appt 11 minutes late because of Google maps and they would not take me. I had to reschedule for a different day.

My son was suppose to have an appointment today to be seen by Jennifer Kapun but she cancelled last minute saying that she wasn’t fit for it due to him having spina bifida. I didn’t get a phone call or anything just a text saying that the appointment was canceled. So I called to see why it was cancelled and the lady told me that she didn’t feel fit for his care. I scheduled this months ago. I couldn’t even get a phone call. I’m happy he won’t be going in Jennifer’s care if she doesn’t have faith in herself I wouldn’t want her to be my son’s doctor. Just human decency to atleast call me and explain would have been nice.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated with the practice. I was called 3 hours before an appointment I scheduled over a month ago to discuss my MRI results. I had to reschedule the appointment for over a month from the original date.

Rehabbed my knee after surgery and had such a positive experience! Melissa and Tiahna were very encouraging, friendly and supportive each session and helped me make great strides in my recovery. The gym is always clean and the equipment is well maintained. My only criticism is the temperature - I swear they keep the place at a constant 80 degrees. I always had a full sweat going by the end of each session! Or maybe I was just working that hard 🙂. Highly recommended!

The only reason this place gets 1 star is because check in/check out was extremely friendly and helpful. However, Dr Razavi and his nurses have a lot to be desired. I went in to see Dr Razavi in January 2024 because I could not feel the last two fingers on my right hand and was cold up to the elbow with muscle weakness. He was in the room less than 5 minutes, did not perform any exams and ordered an MRI and EMG. When he left, his nurse came in with a carpal tunnel brace for me to take home. She wanted me to sign two pieces of paper, one for insurance and one for me to agree what insurance doesn't cover. These forms were not filled out at all and when I questioned I was told, she has over 60 patients and she will fill it out when she can. Obviously, that isn't a good practice to have as th
