I concur this office is terrible. I had an appointment and an order was issued with another specialist. Getting that order faxed to the specialist office has been unachievable. The specialists officed left 3 messages and sent 3 requests. I spoke to the office 4 times. I and emailed the issuing PA, Robert Allison, twice no reply. Promises were always made by the admin, but follow through never happened. If admin capability is any proxy for physician capability, I definitely wouldn't let these people operate on you. It has been three weeks and I still have not been able to schedule with the specialist because of this.

Very disappointed with my recent experience after being a patient for a few years. I was diagnosed with IBD many years ago and have been lucky to be in remission for a long time, but recently had some worrying symptoms. After making a couple calls for guidance, I was told that the soonest appointment I can get is in over 3 months and not even with my regular doctor. The nurse I spoke to said they can't prescribe me medication without seeing me and suggested I go to Express Care. I asked the scheduler if the doctors have open slots for sick visits and she explained to me that specialists don't, but I can be put on a wait list. Refused to perform scheduled colonoscopy based on gender. After two days of fasting and prep, I could not provide a urine sample to prove to them that I was not pregnant and was refused treatment on this basis alone. My word meant nothing; they no longer treated me like a patient. Every member of staff expressed absolutely zero concern for my health and the reasons I needed this test. I was so traumatized by the experience that I have gone an additional eight months without a colonoscopy; I am suffering. I discourage anyone with a vagina from putting themselves in the “care” of this practice. When I asked the head nurse how they could possibly maintain such a policy and deny me desperately needed medical treatment, she said that women have their procedures delayed or cancelled all the time

I have been trying to get ahold of the office since June 2025, for a bill they claimed is now over due. I got a service done in December of 2024, and they waited until May to bill my insurance. I received the bill in June 2025, and paid it, but keep receiving threatening letters saying that my bill is now past due. I have tried calling so many times to not receive any response. It really is disappointing to know that this office doesn't really care about their patients. Really disappointing.
