Do not go here for Express Care. It's not a real Express Care. I've been here before for things, but last time I took my son for a small cut on his finger and it was billed as a surgery. I was charged an insane amount of money for superglue. The glue likely wasn't necessary, but made sense because we were there.. I didn't know until it was too late. If there is ANY BLOOD, this place considers it a surgery. If you have a papercut and get a band-aid at this place, it's billed as a surgery. They do not operate like the other Express Care offices. And they do not tell you they are going to do that. I would have refused at the door. LVPG dropped taking copays on site. There is no mention of how they are going to screw you later. I would have walked out if they told me it was going to be billed

I don't recommend this "expresscare" To start i have covid (don't want to get people sick) so, i send my hubby with my sick child (that have an immune disease) to this place with headaches, fever and very sore throat i just want to be sure that it is covid and not part of his immune disease. His pediatric office was close because is Saturday. 1st looks like that they don't look over your history. 2nd you don't go to get an opinion. 3rd YOU GO TO GET TRATED OR TEST. Well the lady doctor that saw my son she was supposed to test him to covid or step throat because the symptoms period. So she told my hubby NO he doesn't need that because if I'm sick with covid he should have that too yes i know, that can be possible but you never can be sure if you don't get test, not everyone have the same i

A follow-up visit for unresolved pain, previously treated at a different ExpressCare location. This ExpressCare location is always 1st on my list. I was more than happy with the care, comforting manner and knowledge of PA Anne Matrone. My issue was diagnosed and explained thoroughly. I’m sure I’ll be walking and sleeping pain free soon, based on her plan of care. Highly recommended

I came in earlier today and this place was great. Not to busy and I can't remember the nurse I hads name. Nicky I think? But could be completely wrong. Either way, best nursing experience I've ever had! This place obviously has great staff, made me feel like I was in great hands, very professional. I would hope to have care like this if I was in a more serious health situation l. Surprising to see this type of professionalism and precision at a express care type environment

When I was trying to select an urgent care center for my kid, I did it because it would be much cheaper than an ER. I selected this facility. Only after arriving was I informed that they are billed as an ER, not as a more affordable urgent care. I think this is very deliberately deceptive, as once a patient takes the time to select a facility, drives there, and fills out the paperwork they are unlikely to back out. Care was appropriate, which is the only reason I did not give 1 star.But it leaves a foul taste in my mouth, and I will avoid this network in the future
