I am disappointed with the communication from Luxe so far. I called twice on two different days to ask about what I need to do before coming in for my treatment. Both times I was told that someone would call me back with the information. Unfortunately, I never received a call either time. This lack of follow-up feels unprofessional, especially when clients are trying to prepare properly before an appointment. Clear communication should be a basic part of the customer experience. I purchased this service through Groupon and still plan to come in for my appointment, so I am hoping the in-person experience will be much better than the scheduling process has been so far.

Dr. Moore was very knowledgeable and patient. My visit was not rushed. I went in for an annual skin screening. She was very thorough and answered all of my questions. She looked at all of my products I was currently using and helped me determine the best order to use them and our next steps. My next appointment has already been scheduled and I've recommended her to a friend and my brother.

I am very satisfied with the way everything turned out from beginning to end. The staff was very kind and attentive to my issue. The very first appointment was scheduled within days. The office is very welcoming and clean. There is plenty of parking - 1 hour for visitor right outside the building or in the garage. The good thing was that the visits would not take more than an hour, so parking in the garage was free 😌 Treatment and other options were discussed very clear. All of my questions and doubts were answered. Just one thing I would have been much more appreciative if the lipoma had been removed sooner. My very first appointment was December 4, extraction was set for January 29 & stitches were removed on February 6.

Luxe Dermatology was a wonderful experience. It has a beautiful waiting room that smells wonderful. We didn’t have to wait long before we were called to the exam room. Dr. Moore sees children and she was really great with my 7yr old daughter. Dr. Moore is very knowledgeable and teaches while discussing her plan. I highly recommend visiting Luxe!

In my hair loss consultation I felt heard and seen. It did feel rushed but her staff asked the right questions as a BLACK woman it made me feel comfortable. The doctor was very knowledgeable diagnosed my issues quickly and looking forward to the follow up appointment for lab work. This is the first time I’ve been able to get real progress for my issues. I did take the first shot to get a keloid removed and I can already see it getting smaller.
