Lutheran Hospital

Facility was very nice and welcoming. Overall experience was easily five Star! The Individual who worked with me through the evening and night, His first name began with a J, but I don’t specifically remember the name. I’d say he gets a six star Rating. He was helpful and explained everything very thoroughly. Overall, I would highly recommend Lutheran’s sleep center to anyone needing to go through this procedure to help improve their sleep. I actually got almost a full night sleep, which I wasn’t expecting.

I came in on mar 1st. I had a stroke in Jay Co, and I was transferred to Lutheran. I spent a lot longer IN the ER than I wanted to, but it was ok. I feel I got the best care, and the staff was very friendly. I was in there till Mar 4th. 4 doctors and many nurses. I was quiet satisfied. Thank you to all!!!

My surgeon was amazing and I had 1 great nurse during my 2 night post surgical stay but that's where the good stopped. I had a nurse tell me the pain meds weren't working because I was a chronic pain management patient and was drug seeking. But what really happened is that she never opened my IV fluids (the 1 good nurse found this) and the pain meds being given through the PVC were only tricking in instead of me receiving the correct dose each time I pushed the button. Pain meds were consistently 2 hours late and my pain was never controlled. I was under a fall risk because of the surgery I had but never got help going to the bathroom. Id put the light on but they never came. My IV even went off for 2 hours at 1 point. My BP dropped super low and my family had to alert them. It was danger

When I arrived at 11:30A and checked in at registration desk, I was informed that the test had been canceled and they had called me and left a message. The other test I was to have wasn't until 2 which I didn't know. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and did everything she could to help me out. She called the dept that was to do my CCTA and they said they could work me in. Everyone in that dept was very pleasant and the test was done by a friendly person who made me very comfortable. Great work by everyone that day. 👍💯

My outpatient surgery stay on 2/5 was absolutely wonderful! From check in, to being brought back by the charge nurse, (I apologize for forgetting names) to Lori and Laurie for the quick, efficient, knowledge based process easy, and relaxing as I was admitted. Anesthesia, Lori Jackson, you listened and took the time to make my cocktail perfectly blended for me, and I woke feeling well having been at a nice party! The best care! My PACU nurse, I can see your face..lol I thank you for assisting with my pain control and listening to my pain scale and keeping me under good control. Austin, SPACU, thanks for listening to me as we recollected on that pain scale, and worked with me on one more IV push, food and then a pill. You allowed me to hang just a little longer to achieve my discharge to
