I had to visit today for the first time with my 10 year old. Very clean environment. Professional and great customer service. We were taken back to a room quickly. Shortly after being situated we were greeted by Jerry Parsons, PA. I can't say enough about his bedside manner. Once it was determined that my daughter needed stitches we discussed options for numbing the area. He was so good with her and when she began to cry that she wanted her dad there first Jerry allowed us the time to call him and he waited for dad to show up! Unbelievable the patience and compassion he showed my daughter. The staff there is amazing. Kudos to Jerry for doing his best to soothe my little girl. Thank you Jerry and the staff at Syracuse walk in clinic.

Very kind nurses and doctor! My 3yr old daughter needed to pee so bad when we first arrived. But I knew they were gonna need her urine sample. They gave me a cup quickly before checking me in! This saved a lot of stress on ALL of us. The staff was quick and we were in and out. The doctor was thorough and helpful. I'm very pleased with how everything went!!!

I went in for the 20 min. Rapid covid screening, and my experience was wonderful. Nothing makes getting a swab up the nose that feels like it'll touch your brain feel good, but the nurse was very respectful and they sent the results to my email. Very much appreciate the professionalism.

We took our son to Medstat in Syracuse, yesterday, and recieved marvelous care! The entire staff treated us like we were their only concern. It was comforting to know that our son was in capable and kind hands. The Doctor was extremely informative and made sure that we covered every possibility for healing. Honestly, it warmed our hearts and we would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!! Thank you!

4 hours from when I walked in till I saw a doctor. Update.... The director and doctor called to apologize and were very caring. They made sure I got treatment and made sure I didn't need anything the next day. Highly recommend for their compassion. Thank you for following up with me!
