Lutheran Downtown Hospital

Everyone from registration to the US tech were great. They make you feel valued. They are professional but also friendly and caring. That's why I go to this location. The other two locations are absolutely fine, they're caring as well. But downtown puts mire effort into making you feel valued.

From check in to check out the staff were so nice and easy to talk to. The lab technician was able to stick me one time, it was painless. Lexi who did my pulmonary test was so nice and encouraging me through every step. I am speechless how wonderful the service given to me here! Thank you!

This was my first visit. The admisson staff was very welcoming. I did not have to wait and everything was on time. I was escorted personally to my room. The nurses were so kind and patient and took good care of me and my family. The surgery staff were so friendly and made me fell comfortable. This was a very good experience. I would recommend Lutheran Downtown to friends if asked.

I've had many procedures done at the Lutheran Downtown Hospital and am always grateful for the kindness shown by every staff member I've interacted with. Having witnessed many folks being registered as I wait to be seen, I can't praise the registration staff enough. They treat everyone professionally and with dignity and respect. Many thanks to Kendra and Sonya, especially. They're very understanding and helpful and when I don't feel well, it's an incredible blessing to be treated with such compassion and patience. The lab women are some of the best I've ever had. Having blood drawn can be stressful but they're excellent at it and that makes a huge difference.
