Serious complaints were attributed to transition periods during management changes, and assurances were given that such issues will not occur again going forward. However, I remain firm in my view that a non-managerial individual introducing herself as a manager and responding with an attitude such as “complain wherever you want” is behavior that undermines customer satisfaction in any organization. I am confident that delivery delays will not be repeated. On the other hand, the polite and measured attitude of the person who stated that she had recently been appointed to management, his willingness to take responsibility for the issue, and her follow-up after distribution to confirm the situation were all highly satisfactory and professional approaches.

I will never go to a big chain pharmacy again! After getting burned by CVS one too many times, I finally switched our family’s medications to Blue Back. We’ve had nothing but great experiences since. The staff are friendly, they keep you informed on your meds and wait times, and there’s never a line. Highly recommend this pharmacy!

DON'T USE BLUE BACK IF YOU HAVE TIME SENSITIVE MEDICATIONS OR NEED MEDICATION SHIPPED!!! Since using Blue Back, it has been nothing but problems. We had multiple conversations about being out of state and requested that a note is put in my file to ship medications out a week prior since additional time is needed for shipping and two of my medications are time sensitive. I understood if they needed to call ahead of time to charge my card/confirm my address and I told them I would have my phone with me at all times. They spoke to West Hartford Apothecary (my original pharmacy, which wasn't taking my insurance for the 2024 year) and told me that they would be able to do this with no problem.
