I am extremely pleased with my LumaDent loupes! If you are thinking of getting a pair, or shopping around trying to decide on LumaDent, consider this your sign! I purchased ErgoPrism 5.0x loupes with the ProLux light. Both the loupes and light hit all the marks. The light is bright and clear, with an incredibly long battery life. The loupes are crisp, clear and sharp, and are light on my face. My favourite part is the adjustable working distance - this has been priceless. The adjustment to using Ergos was easy and fast - if you are considering this, take the plunge! My rep, Haval, was extremely helpful. He was so very well informed, and had prompt answers to my endless questions. As a Canadian, I was apprehensive purchasing from across the border, but there were no delays, duties or fees

I got my ErgoPrism loupes from Lumadent at the beginning of the year and they have been great! I had to send them back in once to get adjusted but their customer service was excellent (thank you Isabella)! They responded very quickly and sent a shipping label for me to send it back at no cost. The Ergo loupes have definitely helped with my posture and I love how bright the headlight is. I got 3.0x as an RDH and the waveLUX headlight package that came with two batteries (one will last at least a full 8 hour work day).

Had an excellent experience with LumaDent team at the exhibition. Really liked their new tech high end loupes. I wanted a super customizable loupes set so went with Vario 2 loupes, after returning and trying out a different company’s loupes. LumaDent team was super kind to accommodate me for an upgraded version within the return window (from 5X to 7x). I’m very pleased with it. Putting that on the headgear is even better. Being a hair transplant surgeon, using the angles / prismatic loupes doesn’t give me neck strain anymore. Thank you all - thank you Tristian and Eric !!!

I wanted to thank LumaDent for going above and beyond with my requests for purchasing & exchanging loupes. Kody was my sales rep and he did an awesome job at answering any questions. He walked me through each step of the way and helped me get the kind of loupes i was thinking to get. When they arrived, after trying them out, I understood that i wanted an upgrade from Galilean to Ergoprism. I contacted the LumaDent and Cole was the person to help me with the exchange situation. Cole did an amazing and smooth exchange, i had nothing to worry about at all. Waiting was the part that took the longest, but well worth it. ErgoPrism is a game changer for my posture & vision. Very satisfied with my purchase. Aashman was a pleasure to deal with, prompt to answer despite our time zone difference and kept me informed every step. have recommended him to several other colleagues. Loupes received as described, no adjustments needed, IPD correctly set from get go. Great image quality, clear edge to edge, comparable to old 2.5x Heine image quality. Have used clinically with no issues. very reasonable price (Black friday sale), was significantly cheaper than other brands. Delivery was by FedEx, second item took longer but beyond Lumadents control, first item dispatched promptly and arrived 4 days later. Highly recommend Lumadent loupes. Items bought: 7.5x ErgoMax TTL, 4.5x Vario Prismatic. Time of ownership: 1 month.
