Dr. Alicea and the staff were quick, friendly, and professional. I had all four wisdom teeth removed (I was nervous since I had never had any type of surgery before) and the anesthetic worked VERY quickly lol. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. He made very clean tooth removals and are healing quicker than expected! Thank you!! 😁

I was there for an assessment of my implant . I brought it to your attention twice that my referring doctor left you a detail note on what he needed . I was shocked that not only did you not read it , but you chose to explain my whole mouth to me . I had to interrupt you and explain what the heck I was there for . Afterwards, in a rude manner you told me to sit down in the examine chair and left me waiting for 20mins . After arriving back you touched my implant tooth and indicated all it needs is for the screw to be tighten with possible breakage if not perform properly. You didn’t offer a note for my doctor and said have a good day . Your assistant came out to the lobby and asked If I wanted one . The note indicated opposite of what we talked about . Doctor Luis Alice is a Doctor with no integrity. He will lie to you and will not care about your well being. Went in there not knowing what my dental insurance would really covered and he recommended a surgery and I agreed. After two different surgeries and knowing that my dental would not covered he pulled out the implant and told me that the surgery did not work instead informing that it about the insurance what failed. Horrible doctor with and not integrity. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!
