Ludwig Family Dentistry

Dr. Sarah is just absolutely amazing. She personally called me today because she knew I was trying to get my three year old in for his first visit (I know…I’m late!). She squeezed him in. When we got there, she was just incredible with him. The way she took her time and interacted with him was truly admirable. She explained what every single tool she laid out did. She even let him test out “Mr. Thirsty” which he absolutely LOVED! She is just the best dentist I have ever had and she has such a special gift with children. My son was all smiles and never even gave her a hard time! We love her!!

I have been going here ever since moving to New Jersey and I couldn't be happier. The office respectful, kind, friendly and helpful and Dr. George Ludwig along with Dr. Sarah Ludwig are really good at what they do. I find my time there very nice, not stressful and fast. Each person cares about what they do and it makes for a happy, healthy environment. Whether it be for regular wellness visits, teeth cleanings, xrays or any difficulty like filling cavities you are in great hands here. I have and would recommend this place to others. If you want professional along with kindness you won't be disappointed. They really go out of their way to make your time worthwhile and painless.

Dr. Ludwig has been caring for our family for many years, since our kids were little. Dr. Ludwig’s practice provides a highly knowledgeable, thorough and conservative approach. Any questions are answered clearly and completely before proceeding. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. This is the best dental care in the area.

I was recommended to Dr. Ludwig by my secretary when I moved to Metuchen, around 2000 sometime. I have since moved to Philadelphia, but I still visit New Jersey often, and Dr. Ludwig is still my dentist. I have to disagree with the anonymous review that's also posted here - Dr. Ludwig is a quite conservative dentist, showing me a number of places on my teeth which others might drill and fill, but his feeling is that they are to be kept clean and watched, rather than reconstructed. (Drilling and filling weakens teeth, and if surface decay can be arrested by hygeine, the teeth remain stronger.) He's even filled one of my wisdom teeth (rather than extracting it) because he felt it was better to attempt saving it - and years later, it's still there, doing just fine. His office has two exc

Doctor Sarah is awesome, as are the rest of the staff. Friendly, professional and caring. They take time to explain the procedures, and are interested in preventative dentistry versus the old "drill 'em, fill 'em and bill 'em" approach.
