Such a shame because the ambiance is very nice but the service is very unprofessional. I got a 30 minute massage as a gift and the lady was begging me to do a 2 hour massage. When I said no she said 1 hour? I continued to say no. When my massage ended she suggested more time. Right after that I already felt uncomfortable. I asked the front desk if I was good to go and he said yes. As I’m leaving this women chases me out to the parking lot saying no tip? I didn’t have any cash and asked if I could somehow leave a card tip. When leaving a tip she watched over my shoulder and I will never go back again. So uncomfortable!! Tipping is not required and if she hadn’t begged me to pay for more time (or I had cash) I might’ve considered tipping before practically being forced to tip.

Great atmosphere with the perfect relaxed tunes and vibes. Very affordable promos especially when Groupons were offered, was going there three times a month. Hands down the best overall massage spa.

I went in for a soothing massage and came out a ball of knots! My partner and I went for an hour foot and full body massage from the start my masseuse applied maximum pressure which I couldn't understand since I wasn't tense at all. Everytime I would ask him to lighten up he'd say "I'm sorry" and then go right back to rubbing/pressing way too hard. You could tell he didn't have a passion for his job because he watched the clock the entire as time as he hurried through the process. Nothing about my massage was enjoyable howevery partner was in heaven you could tell his masseuse took his time and actually enjoyed what they did. I wouldn't recommend and I won't be back.

Massage was alright, for some reason the person massaging me had to switch to another person. Each massage was less than one hour, I timed it. Upon paying, one worker waited for us at the door and basically ran us out the front door and almost like demanding more money. Will not do business here ever again, stay away.
