Luck Pharmacy inc.

Husband called two days ahead to let them know his refill date. You would think they would check stock the day of calling for the copay ,or would have know to get more medication. But instead when letting them know your coming you get told you only are to receive 3 pills out of whole prescription. They act as if you should know your auto refill prescriptions and very bad communication, wait till and attitude. Go elsewhere just to make a label or know copay you must bring in ID to fill in front of you just even for depression meds, add, etc. Get it together luck it's not 1920.

Absolutely awful. Took an hour and a half to tell me they couldn't fill any of the 9 prescriptions i was waiting for and refused to transfer one as well as taking over 3 hours to send the rest and the pharmacist was incredibly rude and unprofessional on the phone. The second pharmacy had to tell her to stop playing games and transfer the prescriptions. They are absolute trash! Edit to add: I has now been 3 1/2 hours since the transfer request was put in and the pharmacist JUST faxed over 9 pages with nothing but the pharmacy header. I still have to pick the one she refused to transfer up in a bit and will update with any and all additional antics. This woman is an absolute toddler.

Needed a steroid for my son who ended up with croup. Had it sent to Luck Pharmacy before they were opened. Got there shortly after opening, 2-4 minutes and talked to a lady to make sure they got the prescription, they had just gotten it and filled it within 7 minutes and 4 of those minutes was because I didn't hear her say it was ready, the boys and I were looking around the shop. Super fast and everyone in the store was friendly and happy. The boys both got a sucker. The shop has cut little WI items to buy, cards, general items. Great place, I will go back there any time I need a prescription or need to grab something cute and WI. ❤️

Consistently unprofessional, disappointing, and unprepared. They often have left me without my medications due to not understanding what they need to be doing with pre-auth forms. I've had to wait week(s) at times to get my medications filled because they have failed to do the obvious, despite me telling them directly what they need to do. However, they clearly do not listen despite the fact that I have been proven right several times. This has required outside intervention from third parties to rectify, clogging up the bureaucratic network and leaving their customers without meds. I've had to go to different pharmacies because they are consistently unprepared and will be changing locations. The service is lukewarm at best; rude, utterly incompetent and unaccommodating at worst. Go to Fre

The people are always friendly. After moving to Luck I transferred my one prescription to the Luck Pharmacy and found that it's more than $100 cheaper than Walmart! Don't write them off just because it's a small town pharmacy. ;)
