The hearing test was very comprehensive. However, they never stated that the 3 year warranty was $800 extra. Definitely pushing the highest priced hearing aid. After I bought it they insisted that I had to come back in a week to make sure there were no issues. When I arrived for my scheduled meeting one person was giving a hearing test but stopped long enough to ask why I was there. The other person was on the phone and kept his back to the store.
