I am very satisfied with the care that I received from this facility. From the front desk, MA, physicians and the technicians are all wonderful and lovely people. The esthetician, Mira is very knowledgeable and has been amazing throughout all the treatments my mother and I have had with her. We received VI peel and a few micro needling sessions with great results. I highly recommend getting any form of treatments from this facility. Their staff are wonderful and give thorough advice and understanding.

I had a great experience with this dermatologist. They were very patient, listened carefully to my concerns, and explained everything clearly. I felt comfortable during the visit and never felt rushed. The treatment plan was realistic and actually helped my skin. I found out about Lucid after some research, and decided to come in after seeing many positive reviews. I met with Ms. Sana Chowdhury, PA, who is amazing! My main concerns were acne and visible hyperpigmentation I’d been dealing with for years. I was put on a regimen that led to major improvements in both issues in just a few months. My acne is under control and the dark hyperpigmentation I’d had for many years is almost completely gone. Staff is also super friendly and helpful. I’m very pleased with my experience and results so far, highly recommend.

Amazing derm providers! PA Lam really listens and tackles skin concerns and the MD is phenomenal as well. Treated my acne and skin problems. Highly recommend this place!

0 STARS - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND This was my first visit taking my mom as a new patient at Lucid Dermatology, and unfortunately it will also be her last. While the wait time was short, that was the only positive part of the visit. A staff member named Bristy took her into the room and completely rushed her appointment. She did not allow my mom to properly explain her concerns and made it very clear she was trying to move as quickly as possible to get her out of the office so they could stay less busy. She felt dismissed and unheard the entire time. During acne extractions, She specifically told her not to touch one particular pimple because She scar very easily. She ignored my request and did it anyway, telling my mom she “knew what she was doing.” That was incredibly frustrating and unprofe
