Lucerne Valley H Clinic

So this is the 2nd problem we have had here. So last time was resolved but this time my husband's appointment was at 10am. And my mother's appointment was at 1030am. So they call her first when his appointment wa first and he checked in first. And he didn't get called back until 1033. So tell me how that works. They will see people out of order and make you wait unnecessarily. Rude females here as well. They treat you like dirt.

Today was my first visit. Staff was friendly And helpful. Doctor Exam was video,Kind of weird but it worked out good. As a Lucerne Valley resident I'm glad to have a doctor's office here.

Horrible doctor all he did was talk over me and didn't want to listen to any of my concerns or symptoms. So unprofessional wants to diagnose you without any proper blood work or exams and to make it worse everything was being said over a big screen each visit glad I changed doctors.

It is ridiculous that they don’t let you know nothing I haven’t heard back nothing of my blood test results that’s the reason they open and close like I want to see a obgyn already and they have not yet told me nothing about the blood test I wanna changes doctors asap

Terrible doctor's office! They don't answer the phone and don't call you back when you leave a message.
