Wonderful Doctor and staff, was in and out fast and they were very thorough , %100 recommend

Usually don’t ever make reviews, but the wait time is ridiculous, you’re waiting up to an hour in the waiting room, then longer for a doctor to see you. They should book accordingly.

Dr Ho is wonderful. Knowledgable. Helpful. Office staff and nurses are great and explain things well. The ONLY complaint is the wait time. I’ve never gotten into my appointment even close to the time it’s scheduled for (I’m always at least 5 minutes early if not more) and never less than 3 hours in clinic waiting to be seen. It’s very frustrating to spend half a day waiting for a 20-30 minute appointment.

I don’t recommend Lubbock Eye clinic. Today we had an appt at 2:30. Filled out forms and turned them back in to the ladies at the front office. There was no communication about only two drs in office with 7 rooms and being double booked. We sat in the lobby until 3:30. The tech told me that they were understaffed. We didn’t leave that place until about 4:30. That visit should’ve been less than 30 minutes. I am definitely not going back to this clinic.

Dr. Ho is an amazing surgeon. He did cataract surgery for my dad, and we are very happy with the results. My dad almost lost vision in one eye due to combination with glaucoma. But Dr did excellent job and he’s almost back to normal. Thank you!
