I had a wonderful experience with Loyalty Pharmacy. The staff is professional, friendly and truly goes above and beyond to help their customers. My prescription was filled quickly, and they answered all my questions with patience and care. The pharmacy is clean, organized and very welcoming. I will definitely continue coming here and highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone who wants reliable service:)

This my pharmacy for more then 2 years now i never saw a pharmacy like this organized. an amazing costumer service they refill my prescription in time and deliver it for free and every body has a special treatment . From what i heard from my friends im in my home not a pharmacy. Thank you guys love you ❤️

I highly recommend Loyalty Pharmacy in Union City NJ. The staff is friendly and professional, the Pharmacists are very helpful in tracking my prescriptions, getting them ready for refill. They even deliver! They have a great inventory and excellent prices. Loyalty also provides all of the latest testing for walkins. A great local business!

This place is utterly unprofessional. The staff is rude and keeps you on hold without informing you that they’re still on the phone. They also failed to provide any information about the medications I needed that were sent over. This organization is highly unprofessional, and I strongly advise against their services. To make matters worse, my doctor sent over five medications that were never delivered. Both ladies I spoke with today were extremely rude, which is typical of the service I’ve received here. I’ve never encountered a place that can’t tell you the discount you’re getting.

The employees and owner at this pharmacy are rude and unprofessional. When I complained about the way I was treated, they stopped delivering my medication and told me I could just come pick it up myself. I emailed the owner about the situation, but I never received a response or a follow-up call. Based on my experience, it feels like they don’t care about their patients’ needs or concerns. I won’t be returning and do not recommend this pharmacy.
