Jackie, Jessica, and the entire team were amazing and very professional. They truly know what they’re doing. I had the best new patient experience, and the doctors were incredibly kind and understanding of my anxiety. They made me feel safe and comfortable every step of the way. What a terrific doctor and staff . Dr M was outstsnding and caring and took the time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions which is a rarity these days in medicine. My dental assistant was incredibly gentle . Jessica was incredible and patient as well. Thank you to a good team… makes my heart happy to know there are people like this in the world

Went today for an annual exam, cleaning and x-rays. Waited 3 weeks for this appt recommended as in-network with my insurance. I immediately felt uncomfortable with dozens of x-rays and pictures of my teeth which took 30+ mins. I have no complaints or pain BTW. The dentist immediately starts the exam with hard prodding with the needle tool, without any cleaning first. This is opposite of every process I have had in the last 40+ yrs. The dentist says I am being diagnosed with an advanced cleaning and cannot give me a basic tartar cleaning. The total was more than $2000. The website advertises $59 for exam, cleaning and x-rays. There was a complete bait/switch on the price and appt coverage and feel there is some weird up charging going on with patients and insurance. I guess I will see when

I wish i read more reviews. We did everything they said to do and they flipped a switch after payment went though. I paid 7k to get my teeth fix. And they wouldent let us leave even with my designated driver they locked us and forced us to buy an uber because they didnt like my transport. Just cause they are convenient and nice at first doent mean they are. They will not do anything you ask them to they do not care about their patients and try to make it seem like they do by underselling the charges even though they over charge anyway. They are all arrogant and tried tell me because it was only a verbal converstation that its doesnt matter and they can do whatever they want while im unconscious. They also made me pay for oral instructions that they never gave me and wont refund. They told
