No one answers the phone and when they do they hang up immediately their online check in portal that I tried to check in with didn't load. I have two little kids and a dog with me and one of my kids has a broken femur so I cannot take them in yet I'm not getting any help trying to get my medicine

Worst customer service and lack of professionalism. My 8 month old son was PRESCRIBED a prescription from his doctor to help relieve constipation. We’ve picked it up from this pharmacy once before with no issue until the second time the on call pharmacist refused to give it to us. Turns out it was because of the listed age recommendation but when we communicated that we’ve used them once before and were instructed by his pediatrician how to use them properly for his age and we were still denied the ONE thing that helps relieve our son during this time. Lots of calls back and forth trying to get this sorted between the pharmacy and his doctor. Quick and caring. The waiting area should have a couple seats with no arms in front of the monitor for us big boys.
