I’m leaving this review to raise awareness for other parents and patients: please always double-check the medications you are prescribed, especially for children. I brought my 2-year-old daughter in (Feb. 25, 2026) for pink eye, cough, stuffy nose, and told them about vomiting. After the visit, I picked up her prescribed medication for her eyes around 7:00 PM the same day. Before bedtime, as I was about to administer the drops, I carefully read the label and noticed the medication was Ofloxacin Otic Solution, clearly labeled “Use in Ears Only.” Concerned, I texted the number posted on their site and even called the clinic to clarify. I explained that the medication was labeled strictly for ear use, and I was told that I could still use the ear drops in her eyes. As a parent, this made me

Dr. Lorie Graves was absolutely wonderful!! So attentive and so compassionate!! You dont find many doctors anymore with bedside manners but she is definitely one of the good ones! We have seen her 3 or 4 times and she has been amazing every single time!!

The staff was friendly and professional. I was greeted warmly when i walked in. Finished my paperwork and paid. Checked my vitals and then was seen by Leslie, very nice young lady and she got me squared away in no time. Script was called in and ready in less than 30 minutes and an appointment was made for me at another facility. All in all I’d give LowcCountry Urgent Care a solid 10. Thanks to everyone there today.

FNP Shan was AMAZING. Her kind gentle ways made my visit so much better. I came in today feeling like crap. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She’s going far places. THANK YOU SHAN. The world needs more people just like you. Also I would like to add the front desk staff lady today was awesome as well. I can’t say enough about how nice and friendly everyone was at this location. Thank yall for making my day better.

I definitely recommend this urgent care facility. The staff was quick to help us. They were kind and knowledgeable. They were compassionate and quick. It was an unexpected stop on the way home from a trip, but they made sure we were seen and treated right away. It is a clean and pleasant place. So thankful that I went there!
