I visited with flu-like symptoms. I was able to check in online, which led to a smooth, seamless experience. They got me in and out quickly, and everyone I dealt with was polite, professional, and compassionate. Great experience!

Very impressed! The wait time wasn’t too long, about an hour. They are open late unlike the urgent care in my hometown. Very friendly and professional. On the phone, in office and the next day when I had to call back. I’d recommend. And we will return for our urgent care needs!

So thankful to have an urgent care with late hours a few minutes away. Staff is incredible and they try their best to provide speedy care, even when the office is packed.

My son was seen here last month and they misdiagnosed him! Our visit was trash. We spent 3 hours here and half the time was because the doctor was on lunch break. The nurses or assistants were on their phones chatting it up on SPEAKER even while asking private medical questions. It was awful. Do not recommend. We tried to give them another chance today and got sent away because the doctor is only excepting televisits today and wouldn’t be able to actually treat anything. Don’t waste your time.

I literally sat for over an hour waiting for the doctor for my Covid test and Flu test. I come out they forgot I was even here. Instead of the doctor instantly getting up I hear the nurse say I was negative. I waited a few more mins and left. This is ridiculous. I even heard their lunch orders and nobody seemed to care or was in a hurry. UPDATE: And don’t bother sending the email, I did that, was asked to leave my phone number and still no call. They obviously don’t care about you even in the main office.
