We had a good experience at this office. The staff were professional, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly during the visit. The provider answered our questions and made sure we understood the testing process and why certain procedures are done a specific way. I appreciated how patient and calm everyone was, especially with a young child, and that they focused on getting accurate results while keeping her as comfortable as possible. Overall, we felt listened to and well cared for. Thank you to the team for your professionalism and care.

I went to Urgent Care in Loris today. I made an appointment and tried to upload my documents but had an issue. When I signed in the receptionist was pleasant and helped me finish registering. I was seen within 15 minutes of my appointment and the staff were wonderful. The nurses who took my information and vitals and the Madison the nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone I encountered was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. I was overall pleased with this Urgent Care Center and would recommend it to anyone needing emergency assistance without having to go to an emergency room visit and incur the cost and the wait time.

My daughter and I had a pleasant experience here today, from the time I called in to get information on the services to that the office provides until we left. The office clerk was very helpful and welcoming. The nurse was very nice and down to earth . The doctor that my daughter had was very patient and listened to my daughter. Being that this was our first time coming here we both were very impressed and pleased with our experience. Thank you very much for your kindness shown today.

Really Good experience. All of the Staff and the provider was really nice and caring. The provider was very attentive and listened well. Very good bedside manners. The ease of checking in on the kiosk was seamless. I really like knowing what place I am in line. Wait time was very low. I will be using Low Country Urgent care in Loris for any urgent problems again if i need them.

It unfortunately was on Christmas Eve! I always hate to make people work on a holiday. I cut my fingers and had to have seven stitches. The staff was quick and friendly! Thank you Urgent Care employees!
