We have been going to Loving Hands for years and years and we were always impressed with the expert care we received while under the care of Dr. Sanchez and Dr. Noland. From vaccines to various tests, dentals and surgeries, the staff have always been amazing with our dogs, cats and exotics. We have felt super blessed that Dr. Sanchez has returned to her practice and has just opened weekend emergency hours. During her first weekend of emergency hours, we sadly had to bring in one of hers and Dr. Noland’s long time patients. Our beloved shepherd’s senior body was struggling big time and my husband and I were so grateful to have her under the care of Dr. Sanchez, as she walked us through the last hours of our dog’s life. With Dr. Sanchez’s return to Loving Hands, we were comforted by her pres

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Loving Hand Animal Hospital. I originally brought my cat in for urinary issues. I specifically asked the doctor whether my cat needed to be on a prescription urinary diet, and I was told it was not necessary. Just a few days later, my cat’s condition relapsed and he was unable to urinate again. I had to rush him to the emergency hospital. The ER vet told me that although he was not fully blocked at that moment, he absolutely needs to be on prescription urinary food for life. When I mentioned that Loving Hand told me it wasn’t needed, the ER doctor said that was very concerning and that I should consider switching hospitals because that advice was not appropriate. Because of the emergency visit, I rescheduled my follow-up appointment with

I should have listened to the recent negative reviews, but I wanted to give this vet a chance since I had previously taken my pup here. When I called to make the appointment, I was misadvised about the care my dog would receive and wasn’t informed of the correct information until after the exam was completed. This should have been clearly communicated beforehand and did not require an exam, resulting in a waste of time and money. The lack of transparency and carelessness was extremely disappointing and suggests the staff need better training and clearer communication. Whether this is due to new ownership or new staff, the level of care and overall communication has clearly declined. I will not be returning. You’re better off taking your pet down the street to Chino Hills Animal Hospital,

Rashida Robinson kind of has a point. I was going to decide not to leave a review until after reading the one that Rashida wrote. So I will leave a few words here myself: Could a female parakeet that is never given a cuttlebone for years and who was only fed a seed diet and water years later end up easily able to have broken wings from just flying and perching if she has fertile eggs back to back 3 times in a row? The answer to this question is a definitive yes, sadly to say. Could a parakeet that lives in a separate room 10 feet away from two active electric wax melts die from breathing in the heated wax if the path of circulating air runs past its cage constantly? The answer to this question is also another definitive yes, sadly to say as well. One star removed to represent each life

Thank you Loving Hands for taking care of me, it was my first time visiting your clinic and what a wonderful experience I got, they even gave me peanut butter and treats to make me feel less nervous and relaxed. Thank you also for my shoots, your guidance, knowledgeable advice, professionalism, caring and kindness. Your services deserves more than 5 stars. Special thanks to Dr. Sanchez and Madison. Thanks again, Elvis
