Lovell Drug Company

I hate this place. I only go here because I have to sometimes. I stood in line as the only person for like 10-15 minutes before anyone helped me, and the service is always extremely slow. The people are nice, at least the prices for things are insane, and yeah, that's about it.

I visit the drug store more often than I would like. But, it's the only pharmacy in town, the owners are a couple of sweethearts, and Brent really knows his "stuff" when it comes to medications. I like to browse around the store if my meds aren't, but that doesn't happen. All the staff knows your name, which is really nice. Makes for a terrific small town feeling. Which it is!!

Calling the store is next to impossible. I’ve been put on hold countless times and the forgotten. The pharmacists takes long lunch breaks and the ladies in front don’t know when he’ll be back. Using a debit card to pay frustrates everyone. They have take your card over to the lunch counter and run it on another machine. People are friendly, but prices are high. Once I started using Powell and Cody pharmacies more I saved $100’s. It feels like an old hometown pharmacy, which in many ways is nice but in 2019, is infuriating at times.

They all know you by name... they are so friendly & helpful. They fill prescriptions in such a timely matter. So glad we have the Lovell Drug.
