Lovelace Health Center

This place is a joke and should be put out of business since they have no concern for the patient whatsoever! They won't refill my medication until I schedule an appointment, I scheduled an video visit appointment 3 months ago for today and now it's not showing up. I have a confirmation email last week but now I log in and it shows nothing. This is ridiculous and I have been on hold now for 10 minutes trying to call the office.

I’ve been calling this place to help my mom with a referral and no one has helped. We have had the phone hung up on us and no one can seem to get an interpreter. You would think living in a state with primarily Hispanic people there would be more bilingual nurses. The lady at the front desk when you click one finally answered was incredibly rude and had a bad attitude. She acted condescending and didn’t even let us explain our situation. Disgusting. Wish I could give more an even lower review. Don’t go here and go somewhere where people actually have empathy and treat patients with respect.

Once again, my father was supposed to be seen today and was turned away for not having a translator. Which every time I have called, I have been told his chart says he requires one, otherwise, I need to come along. My father cannot seem to get any kind of patient care at Lovelace. Again for a very needed appointment! Stay away from Lovelace!

You have a employee Jeff, operator,? he is excellent in his listening skills. I've called several times, he his slow to anger. He is consistent and level headed. Good job in hiring Jeff.

Nurses in the ER suck, they spend more time gossiping then helping anyone. Also they dont know anything apparently you can ask a question but the answer is always i dont know
