If you are having any plastic surgery, please do NOT spend your time or money here. The secretary single handedly caused me to cancel (and eventually they cancelled) my surgery scheduled for next week. She has been awful since I asked her why i needed to pay $2000 up front for surgery when my insurance is covering it 100%. After that point she was pissed and her whole attitude changed. She became nasty and irate. Ultimately saying she would ask the Dr. if he could waive the fee since I didn't want to pay it. Mind you this phone call came after the consultation there was no mention of this "new policy" at consultation. She eventually called back and said he waived the fee and we scheduled the surgery.
