I brought my daughter to the doctor today at the urgent care, and while the front desk staff and the PA were excellent, our experience with the nurse was very disappointing. She appeared visibly annoyed and acted as if we were bothering her. My daughter has a broken finger, and during the X-ray the nurse even commented on how “rough” she was. When wrapping my daughter’s finger, she did it carelessly and simply said she “did her best.” Her attitude and lack of professionalism were unacceptable, especially considering we’ve been coming to this clinic for years and have never experienced anything like this before.

This staff is amazing. My son started bleeding from a procedure he had earlier today while we were on our way to another doctor appointment. I stopped by and ask for help and their staff immediately came out to our car and started stabilizing bleeding from the surgery and contacted his doctor

Have ear pain blamed ear wax, home washed it out now pain is greater! They want to nickel and dime you to death.

The name says it all, you come in and you are called in and back on your way. Rachel Simmons is a class act when it comes to treating her patients. No matter what you walk in with she makes you feel better when it’s time to walk out the door. I’m so glad I found her again and hopes she stays around this place because she is the icing to the cupcake.

This facility is awesome … they genuinely CARE and are one that will talk to you. Their facility is clear & well equipped and the all the staff are so nice & friendly. They listen to what you tell them and truly HELP … Please do not go to their B.R. Office … you will not get the same attention. The difference is incredible … it may be a little more of a drive … but, it is well worth it!!!
