Louise F. Lee, OD

I've been going to see Doctor Louise Lee for well over a decade now (even coming to see her for years when I didn't live in the bay area), have nothing but wonderful things to say about her! Beyond doing a fantastic job with prescriptions, she's always super fun to chat with and has an excellent demeanor. She's very nice and patient, and honestly goes above and beyond to treat her patients well, accommodate them, and find the best deals for them. As usual, the majority of patients who are happy and satisfied tend not to leave reviews, but rest assured, you're in great hands with Doctor Lee. I plan to continue seeing her until she retires, and would happily recommend her to anyone looking for an optometrist.

Their service became bad in recent a couple of years (after Covid). I don't know what happened. Dr Lee's attitude became very inpatient to others. I've just asked a few very reasonable questions about my glasses, Dr Lee's attitude turns bad suddenly without a valid reason. I was very shocked. As in my memory she was fine before the Covid time. Will not go there again. Not recommend to others either.

She gave me inaccurate contact prescriptions. I couldn't figure out why I couldn't see as clearly with my contacts as I could with my glasses. On top of that, she also mixed up my Right and Left prescriptions. I’m not sure if she did that on purpose, but it harms customers. I complained about her service and she said something along the lines of, "I won't improve. You're welcome to go somewhere else. It’s your prerogative.” Ok, I guess your customers don't matter to you and we will go somewhere else.

I've been with Dr. Lee since I was a child. She's an awesome optometrist! Really nice person. Great frame selection as well.

very bad service. Never come again.
