We have been clients at Loudoun Veterinary Service for over 30 years and keep coming back even though our commute is quite a bit longer in the past 22 years after moving to beautiful Buck Valley, PA where we breed and import high quality German Shepherds. We work closely with Dr. Stephen Stang for reproductive to ensure healthy puppies as well as individualized care for our breeding dogs. His incredible knowledge of the reproductive system and unique experience in breeding makes him the ideal veterinarian for our needs. Was a long standing client until I moved out of the area. Current vet was unable to accommodate an appointment for my injured dog. Called LVS and they got me in same day. Dog is now having surgery on Monday. Always loved them and will now make the drive for an office that truly cares!

Angels wearing vet clothes. Went above and beyond for my poor sick meow meow, did things I didn’t ask for but they thought were necessary (and no, they didn’t charge me). So helpful, not pushy, transparent and knowledgeable. Wonderful vets!

Dr. Stang was so kind to squeeze us in - new patient. - on the same day I called per another vet's recommendation and with a dog who turned out to have a fracture. Made both of us feel comfortable and attended to. Front desk staff and management helped me get records over quick and also went out of their way to help calm my nervous girl.

I continue to be impressed with Loudoun Veterinary service. Every person there makes a point to communicate directly and clearly. It is refreshing to know that they care about my hound Scandal, and they want to take care of him the best ways possible. Dr. Pestell made a point of asking to see me in person to go over test results, knowing that I had a lot to process, and that I would have questions. This care is genuine, and invaluable.
