Loudoun Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

My mother was moved to this facility for the last few months of her life. It truly was a Godsend and I am so happy that she got to spend her final days well taken care of, clean and respected! The staff was GREAT and very attentive to their patients. The facility was clean and well run. No one ever wants to have a loved one admitted into a nursing facility but if you must Loudoun Health and Rehab is a great option in comparison to others we had visited.

Great experience overall. The staff was kind and welcoming, and I especially want to mention Madeline — she was the sweetest and nicest lady ever and made everything feel so much easier. Her kindness really stood out and made a big difference. I would definitely recommend Loudoun Rehabilitation & Nursing Center.

First day for mom in Room 109 (Ruth Buettner) Felicia seems like a very competent and pleasant nurse. Shalini in the next bed is delightful. We appreciate her offer to look out for mom. I hope I can give 5 stars every day!!

The lack of care is astounding . The food is inedible . They are severely understaffed and have gone downhill since Inova no longer runs the facility. My family member has been suffering from several issues and was left in pain without treatment for serious condition for several days. There is no getting help especially on weekends . It’s like pulling teeth just to get a class of water. Other families have resorted to calling 911 because the patient was not being properly cared for or evaluated . Many of the staff are quite rude and act completely put out when asking a simple question even if they answer they roll their eyes and it’s difficult to understand them. I’m an RN case manager with hospice and I regularly visit 2 pts at LNRC. I find the staff are caring and friendly, and the pts appear clean and well cared for.
