I had a very good session with Jess Byrd this week . He really helped me with my chronic neck pain. I plan to return at least once a month . I would recommend him to anyone looking for in depth massage and adjustment for a specific area .

Joshua is an incredible massage therapist. He spends a lot of time on each part of the body. He is an amazing intuitive and is dedicated to the discovery of where tension or issues are stored in the body. I highly recommend him.

At Alisha’s suggestion I did an Ashiatsu massage in place of my deep tissue regular visit. I tolerate well deep pressure and my every couple of weeks visits are both therapeutic to help with aches and pains and simply enjoyable stress relievers. My Ashiatsu massage was a unique and an incredible experience. The technique employs focused deep, penetrating pressure by the practitioner’s feet on the back primarily but employed elsewhere where appropriate. The pressure varies according to feedback you provide the practitioner to avoid discomfort and pain. Alisha hit all the locations for me with very deep penetrating pressure with no hints of discomfort whatsoever.
