My husband was previously a patient of this practice and underwent a colonoscopy about five years ago, which came back normal. However, his symptoms persisted. When we attempted to follow up, the doctor was unavailable, and we did not receive any further advice, recommendations, or prescriptions to address his ongoing issues. Over time, the symptoms resolved on their own. Recently, he has been experiencing similar problems, and I attempted to schedule an appointment. We were informed that, because he has not been seen in five years, he is now considered a new patient. Unfortunately, we were also told that new patients are not being accepted until July of next year. This response demonstrates a lack of consideration for patients in need of timely care. Receptionist Sam was by far the rudest and most disrespectful person I have ever encountered at a medical office. He was unwilling to help handle an urgent referral from a hospital until May. When I asked to speak to someone else he told me not to “talk back to him” and said I didn’t deserve to be treated any better than he treated me.

Couldn't poop for 10 ten days, they promised to call me back to tell me what to do, they never did. Eventually had to force it out resulting in terrible hemorrhoids. Couldn't poop regularly and always bloated. Told me I needed a colonoscopy to find out what was going on, after the colonoscopy I asked the doctor what was going he acted annoyed. Suffered for 2 years under their care. Went to Liver Colon Stomach instead, first visit they recommend more preparation H and natural fiber. Started pooping normally and IBS symptoms reduceced by 95%. Only really symptom left is the terrible hemorrhoids from this place ignoring me.

My mother, father, and 41 yr old identical twin sister have a longstanding history of colonic polyps, and my SOLE intent in scheduling an appointment (and taking time off work) was to get screened for colon cancer. I met with NP Nassiri, who claimed I was misinformed, stating that only a family history of colon cancer would justify screening. She refused to review the documentation I brought from the two gastroenterologists my twin sister had seen (Dr. Tellawi and Dr. Lasner), dismissing their recommendations outright and stating she had never heard of them. From the moment I entered the office I felt immediately relaxed. I was greeted by a very pleasant young lady. I waited no more than five minutes when I was I escorted into an examination room. Moments later Hena Ahsan entered the room. I found her to be concerned, pleasant as well as patient while I explained my history and the reason for my visit. She asked questions, performed a brief examination and then explained the procedure if they thought I should have one. I was amazed when later that day Hena called me to say it had been decided I should have the procedure and that they were scheduling in late October and November.
