Saw Dr. Antonik today for the second time ever. Told her I was in dire need of help and concerned about my health. She seemed to completely dismiss my concerns. It was almost like speaking to an AI hologram, no empathy or emotions. It was not much different the first time around. Will carefuly consider if I am going to go back or not.

Just called and spoke to Karen. She asked me a 15 questions about my health issue even though she has no medical training. She was very skeptical of my answers and defensive. She then asked what doctor I want to see. Then she said she wants a referral from another dr in order to be seen in Her practice. I responded that I dont have one. She then said she would not see me. I politely told her that she should tell people that at the beginning before dragging them through 10 minutes of ridiculous questions from her who has no medical training. She HUNG UP ON ME. This is the type of doctors office this is. Arrogant, devoid of compassionate care, and completely unprofessional. It was like calling a nightclub not a drs office. Karen had no class whatsoever and this tells you what the values are

I would never refer this office to anyone ! I had an appointment in September 2025 they canceled my appointment due to not completing the paper works then I went in person they told me! I did all of my new patient paper works in person & rescheduled for December 4th !! Again I confirmed by email and took a day of from work & they told me they canceled my appointment!!! And they lost my paperwork’s!! I never saw any endocrinologist office unorganized & irresponsible who cancel patients appointment when they lost the paper works for a patient who is in urgent needs due to diabetic type 1 and had thyroid cancer!! Hope the management take care of this issue !!!

I saw Dr. Silpa Joshi for an endocrinologist appointment. Based on tests from my primary care physician she made a preliminary diagnosis and ordered more tests to confirm. All the test results pointed to a different diagnosis but she refused to change her mind and gave me prescription for her initial wrong diagnosis which I would have to take for years. Fortunately I did not take the medication and got a second opinion from another endocrinologist who ran tests again and confirmed the correct diagnosis as seen by test results. I don't know whether it's incompetence, negligence or fraud but I would avoid going here.

Dr. Joshi has helped me in my life countless times. I couldn’t have asked for a better endocrinologist to work with through T1. <3
