Had a great visit at this facility today. Everyone is so friendly and so welcoming. Honestly, the excellence and Customer Service started way before my physical appointment. From the moment that I scheduled all the way leading up to today, the staff have just been incredible. Imagine going to the dentist and they do keep it very professional, but you also feel like you just went and hung out with your girlfriends. This is an amazing wonderful practice to receive care from.

I have been using Loudoun Dental Associates for the last 5 years ever since i moved to Brambleton. They are very professional, friendly and take the time to explain things. I love Dr. Kale as she is just awesome, friendly, great personality and most importantly a phenomenal dentist. I recently had the fortune of having Dr. Batista do a procedure on me and he was very good compared to the last time i did the same procedure with a different dentist in another city. Lastly i want to commend Erika who i think does everything front desk, answer phones as well as billing. She is phenomenal, i never seen her without a smile and walks you through all your options.
