I love this clinic! Very convenient as well, as I live close the area. Doctor always on top of everything! My son is very comfortable coming here as well (which is important to me) since he is now a pre-teen. Doctor listened to all my concerns, answered my sons questions and we NEVER feel rushed on the contrary, they take their time with you and make sure you know when they are done. The MAs are professional as well, I have never had an issue and been coming here for close to 5-6 years... I will continue coming here for as long as they continue providing awesome patient care. Despite that this clinic is in south central LA, (which as is we don’t have a great reputation) the quality of care is excellent in my eyes. Sure, place may not look fancy or super tidy, but the health care provided

I tried calling to make an appointment. JUST an appointment and the receptionist answered very rudely. I understand that they too need a day to rest but what clinic isn’t open daily. And what is that? them not being able to take down my appointment it only takes 3 mins at the most it’s just name, day, and time. Geez terrible service and terrible wait times for those who don’t have appointments. Why does this place have 4 stars?

They take forever and every time I come some people come after me and still get seen before . Mind you , this place makes no appointments … just walk ins . I got walked in after 2 hours just to be left in a room 1 more (currently) Switching clinics soon.

Tried to pick up my medical records multiple times and the office was closed. They are not open 9-6 daily. Poor customer service. They advised that they would call me once my file was ready and never did. When I followed up they told me to come the following day, I arrived before their posted hours and the office was closed. Very irritating! You need to call daily to confirm office hours.
