Great admin team and professional staff! Leadership Conejo got to hear from Phil Buttell, a neurosurgeon, their residents program participants on being a teaching hospital, and a tour of the new ER. The whole Los Robles team is always incredibly hospitable and kind.

Los Robles hospital completely saved my life. I had a severely ruptured appendix when I arrived on Monday morning, And they swept me up did surgery that evening with Dr. Swaroop Who performed surgery on me and did an incredible job and they kept me in the hospital for five nights that’s how bad the infection was raging inside me that she saved me from along with the incredible Care at the emergency room to get me upstairs and keep me alive. I’m incredibly grateful to this hospital for their care, their thoughtfulness all the nursing crew, Tyler, etc…… The most excellent nursing staff EVER. I owe this hospital, my life, and for that I will always be eternally grateful to all of them. Thank you, Los Robles!!!!!! Love, Tracy Testin

Came to ER by ambulance. With in an hour was advised that I may need a pacemaker. Wonderful care. Admitted to CCU. First morning cared for by Victoria. We talked while she cleaned my bed and me up. Took my mind off the situation as we chatted. My health took a turn and was in a bad place. Everyone was wonderful. Melody helped me feel safe when it got really bad. Had my pacemaker surgery On the third day. That evening, while in MedSurg went into a fib. Stayed in a fib all night. Tyler came in the next morning and let me know he was going to help with that. He made calls and got medication to bring my a fib down. Tyler‘s care was kind and competent. My only issue was after my surgery After return to my CCU bed. My husband was recently taken by ambulance very late in the evening to Los Robles Regional Medical Center. From the moment we arrived in the emergency room we were treated with the utmost care and respect and we knew we were in good hands. We have had occasion to visit and gain treatment at Los Robles Hospital before, and we consistently receive outstanding care and service. Emergency Room physicians Drs. Sobhani and Rodriguez were warm, friendly, and compassionate, yet very professional at the same time. While they assessed my husband’s situation, they kept me apprised of their plans for care and treatment.. I could never have asked for any better care. The facility was perfect, the nursing staff was terrific, and especially the physical therapy and occupational therapy and speech therapy got me back to a very acceptable level of functioning. I highly recommend the facility. And I am very thankful for everything they did during my stay.
