Los Angeles Lung Center - Dr. Bob Abrishami

I’m here to write yet another review because this place continues to offer nothing but horrible care. Truly, this is the most unprofessional and unacceptable care I have EVER received. I’d like to preface this by saying that I am 8 weeks pregnant with severe sleep apnea. The medical device I am waiting on is essential for the safety of both me and my baby. (Please look up the risks of untreated sleep apnea during pregnancy and see for yourself.) After my first review, the “owner” — I’m not even sure who that is — responded and said the phones were down and that’s why I couldn’t get ahold of anyone. This is a blatant lie because I have been dealing with this office for MONTHS. The front desk staff at this establishment is horrendous. I am shocked at how poorly they treat patients and their

Dr Antoine Taylor was excellent, however the staff is unbelievably unhelpful. Dr Taylor asked for a scan and a nebulizer for my husband, a month later and many phone calls later, absolutely nothing. Every time I call, they say they will call back, never have. LA Care even tried to get the authorization from them with no luck. Dr Abrishami, please speak to the incompetent staff in Inglewood!

I had a great experience going to my appointment here. They are very friendly and accommodating as soon as you walk in the door. I did not have to wait long before they were ready for me. Rebeca was very professional and walked me through all the tests so I did them correctly. She also has a very nice personality which you don’t always see . I would recommend this office for anyone who is thinking about seeing this kind of doctor . Great job.

Horrible customer service. Never answer phones. Voicemail says you have called outside of work hours, when you have not. Staff do not follow up with referrals in a timely manner. Incompetent and dreadful to go through.

Impossible to get through to anyone. I was on hold for 2 hours to schedule an appointment for a family member and still wasn’t able to reach anyone. Poor customer service.
