11/23/25 10:45a.m Registration 2 , Lady at window was very unprofessional, rude and yelled at us for helping the next patient to guide them in the right direction to a window. After we told her she’s unprofessional, she still continue to mouth off to us turn another one of her lady peers. I then told the lady. That we were just trying to help and this lady is acting very unprofessional. In this hospital we are supposed to feel safe and protected in taking care of , instead we felt very uncomfortable. This lady shouldn’t be working out the window if she doesn’t like her job.
