The staff here are friendly and make sure your concerns are heard. I first came here 2 years ago for an emergency and they were able to accommodate me with no appointment. I've been coming here continuously since then and although the wait times may be a little long sometimes, I understand since this office is the #1 ophthalmology office in Koreatown and has a high patient volume. I personally would not go anywhere else and trust the doctors here with my care.

Best care I’ve ever had in practices. The staff were welcoming, attentive and very professional. Dr. Khwarg was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain my eye condition and treatment options. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for patient-centered care.

Don’t come to this place! The Korean young guy who helped me asking questions and filling out the form, before seeing a doctor was really rude. He was very impolite and rude, very bad attitude, disrespectful. Their assistants and front desk staff are full of unprofessional and rude people, that’s why this place has very low rating. Feel bad for those young employees who have very bad attitude at that young age. Their bad attitude is ruining their image.

We had a surgery appointment at 12 pm. But we had to wait for more than 3 hours and it was end up at 5:45. Also after surgery my mom couldn't see. She said it was blurry and can't see. So we visit Monday morning without appointment, they kept told us to wait. Very unpredictable and unprofessional and irresponsible.

Girl answered phone is rude. Hung up on me when asking about insurance. Just quick to say they don't take Medi-cal but they do take hmo / ppo Medi-cal so she just needs to slow down and know what she's talking about.
