Doctors at this location are wonderfull BUT they have one of the worst authorization departments. For them to get the authorization from the insurance, I have to call and follow up many many times and for last 2 appointments it took 3 months of following up with them until they actually got the authorization. I have to change my appointment with my doctor couple of times. We are not coming there for an annual check up, we are visiting because we have CANCER! and it is important to have the order and authorization on time.

I can’t thank Dr. Anna Akopyan enough for the kindness and care shown to me. From the very first visit, I felt heard and supported. Her professionalism and genuine compassion made all the difference during a difficult time. Highly recommend!

Dr Baghdasarian is a great, empathetic and dedicated professional who is always ready to help his patients. I am his patient and he listens to my complaints and answers to all my questions without rushing me out. People like me who have CLL always have multiple questions and fears. Dr Baghdasarian always seats with me and patiently listens to all my concerns and explains in details the prognosis, and possibly outcomes based on my test results. I highly recommend him as hematologist/ oncologist doctor.

The medical care that you receive is top notch, now if they could only fix the scheduling. Waiting an hour after your appt is very frustrating. But because Dr. Bagdasarian and his group saved my life.

Dr. Anna was very patient with my mom. She listened to every detail of her concerns and provided very well suggestions and feedback for treatment. She was on time, very punctual, and very careful with her work. I look forward to visiting Dr. Anna Akopyan in the future again!
