My mom has been staying here. Amazing help .CNAs are there when she needs it. The food is 4 stars but has great options if needed. They also provide drivers to get to and from appointments if family or friends cannot make it. There awesome 👍

my mom has been in this facility for over a year now and all i have to say is i wouldn’t want her anywhere else. the bonds we’ve created with the staff lead to a chemistry formed, helping us have an ease of mind knowing my mom is in good hands. PT team is incredible. a group of knowledgeable and very kind people help my mom become the lady she once was pre-accident. would definitely recommend you send a hurt loved one here!

Such a great facility. My auntie has been a patient for over a year and she has never been better. Therapy has been amazing with her and taking their time when she’s in her sessions. So many accommodations and couldn’t be grateful. Send your loved ones here and you won’t regret it.

My wife has been at Los Altos for over a year after suffering a third stroke. The staff here is amazing. We love the rehab department and everyone here is in high spirits. All concerns are always answered and in a timely manner. Clean facility and good energy. If you want your loved one to get better, I would bring them here.

I still remember the first day I was brought here. I begged my family not to leave me here. I was devastated. All I was told was " you're on your own." I was 70 years old and had never been in a facility, or hospital. Now laying here in bed with fractured ribs, vertebrae compressed fractures. Couldn't walk. Couldn't hardly feed myself because I didn't have the strength. All I could do was cry. Two days later two PT staff came into my room, smiling, friendly. They said they wanted to see what I was capable of. Asking me to stand up from my bed. I thought they were joking. They took me by the hand. Stood me up, asked me to now sit and repeat standing. Again holding my hand. I laid back down and they said, Good! That was great. We'll see you tomorrow morning for PT. That was the begin
